Gulfline Solutions is expanding in Houston and seeking an Entry Level Manager to support the growth of our AT&T Fiber sales campaign. Core Functions of the Entry Level Manager
- Lead by example while supporting sales efforts that introduce customers to the speed, reliability, and value of AT&T Fiber internet.
- Partner with leadership to develop high-performing sales teams through coaching, motivation, and performance support.
- Encourage meaningful customer conversations that identify connectivity needs and recommend the most suitable AT&T Fiber options.
- Monitor daily sales activity, provide constructive feedback, and help improve individual and team productivity.
- Assist in executing customer acquisition strategies designed to increase awareness and enrollment for AT&T Fiber services.
- Promote a customer-first sales culture focused on professionalism, relationship building, and long-term satisfaction.

Pay: $4,300.00 - $5,100.00 per month
