Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday and Wednesday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
Lunch: 45-minute lunch break

Schneider’s Seafood + Meats is hiring a Fish Cutter / Seafood Production Associate for our seafood division.
Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, skin, portion, pack, and label fresh fish.
- Assist with receiving and loading trucks as needed.
- Store, fill, and rotate seafood products.
- Use knives, scales, and packaging equipment safely.
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
- Follow company food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be comfortable working on a loading dock, in a refrigerated room, and in coolers.
- Steel toe boots required.
- Reliable commute to Buffalo, NY 14227.
