What You'll Do
This isn't a typical front desk position.
You'll be responsible for creating incredible guest experiences while helping guests discover the services, memberships, and products that best fit their needs.
Every day you'll:
- Welcome guests with confidence and energy
- Build relationships that keep guests coming back
- Recommend services and retail products
- Introduce guests to our Wax Pass Membership program
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals
- Help your team achieve weekly performance goals
- Manage appointments and guest flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready center
- Deliver an experience guests rave about
