As the Floating Administrative Assistant, you will be a motivated and adaptable administrative professional who thrives on providing quality administrative support across multiple teams. In this dynamic role, you'll serve as the company’s dedicated floating administrative professional, providing support across a variety of departments, leaders, projects, and priorities as needed while delivering outstanding internal customer service. You'll be part of a strong team of administrative professionals, with opportunities to learn from experienced peers, collaborate on best practices, and make a meaningful impact across the organization.
What You'll Do:
- With a service level mindset, provide proactive, responsive administrative support to various departments and team members across the organization.
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring assignments, projects, and routine tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate and prioritize work requests, keeping stakeholders informed on progress and completion status.
- Assist with special projects, overflow work, and administrative initiatives as business needs arise.
- Handle sensitive business and employee information with professionalism, sound judgment, and confidentiality.
- Support records management efforts through filing, scanning, document organization, and uploading information to company systems and the intranet.
- Provide front desk coverage, including greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, assisting candidates, and performing general clerical duties.
- Deliver exceptional internal customer service while modeling company values and maintaining a polished, professional presence.
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, office support, and/or customer service.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach.
- A proactive, self-directed approach with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort learning new systems and technology.
Our Compensation Philosophy:
The total compensation range for this position is $34 - $40/hr (inclusive of base salary + bonus). The base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
