- Lead internal commissioning, debug, and equipment readiness operations to ensure high-complexity automated systems are delivered exactly to technical specification.
- Serve as the core technical interface across multi-disciplinary engineering, project management, and floor leadership teams to rapidly isolate and resolve technical risks.
- Validate advanced robotic platforms from scratch, conducting initial electrical/mechanical calibrations, I/O configurations, and communication network verifications.
- Perform hands-on diagnostic troubleshooting across complex PLC architectures, pneumatic systems, servo controls, safety devices, and integrated vision applications.
- Provide elite field-side support during customer installations, managing complex equipment run-offs and delivering highly professional technical training to customer engineering teams.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience with robotics and automation including integrating, debugging, and programming automated manufacturing systems.
- 5+ years of PLC troubleshooting an basic programming experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities with a verifiable track record of identifying hardware, software, mechanical, and electrical failures within high-precision machinery.
- Comprehensive print fluency with the ability to read and interpret complex mechanical schematics, electrical layouts, and fluid power documentation.
- Project tracking discipline with the administrative capability to monitor test hours, manage open-issue lists, and deliver clear technical progress reports to management.
- An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Robotics Engineering preferred; experience with offline simulation tools is a major plus.
