Wirks Moving & Storage is hiring a hands-on Site Operations Manager to lead afternoon/evening operations. This is not a desk role—you’ll be in the field, solving problems in real time and ensuring every day ends with a 5-star customer experience.
This is a high-impact role with direct visibility to the CEO—and a critical leadership position as we enter a phase of growth and expansion.
Reports directly to the CEO | Relocation available for the right candidate
What You’ll Do
- Own PM operations: truck returns, job completion, and quality control
- Partner with AM leadership for seamless transitions
- Jump in on trucks or in the field as needed
- Resolve customer issues, damages, and delays professionally
- Drive team accountability, performance, and morale
- Oversee inventory, truck check-in, and next-day readiness
- Close out jobs, review documentation, and support billing
What You Bring
- Hands-on leadership with strong accountability

Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience
- Operations/logistics background (moving industry a plus)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and assist on jobs when needed
- Willingness to work past 6 PM as needed
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- On-site (Marietta, GA) + background check required
