Are you a passionate healthcare professional or nursing student eager to take your experience to the next level?
Whether you aspire to become a nurse, healthcare administrator, or anything in between, our Direct Care Training will provide you with the skills you need to jumpstart your healthcare career. This is a 5 day, in-person, paid training for newly hired team members looking to make a difference in the lives of our residents, while also enriching their own professional journeys.

What is Direct Care Training?

Paid training for new team members for a week in September From Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm taking place at The Kensington Reston.

Certificated program led by our lead care team

Open to newly hired Care Partners - PCA, HHA, CNA not required
