Registered Nurse (RN) – Orthopedic Surgery Center
Location: Orange County, CA
Pay: $55–$60/hour (DOE)

About the Role
A busy multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center in Orange County is seeking experienced Orthopedic Registered Nurses (RNs) to join its surgical team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment focused primarily on orthopedic and joint procedures.
We are hiring ASAP and looking for nurses who can step into a high-performing perioperative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care in an outpatient surgical setting
- Support orthopedic and joint procedures from pre-op through recovery
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and sterile technique
- Assist with additional multispecialty cases as needed, with a primary focus on orthopedics
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
- Strong experience in orthopedic and/or joint procedures required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center environment
- Current BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
Preferred Experience
- Orthopedic OR/surgery center experience strongly preferred
- Ophthalmology experience is a plus, but not required
- The center performs a variety of procedures including orthopedics, spine, ophthalmology, and other outpatient specialties
- Previous ambulatory surgery center or operating room experience a plus

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
Experience:
- Ophthalmology (not required): 1 year (Preferred)
- multi-specialty OR circulating: 2 years (Required)
- scrubbing: 1 year (Preferred)
- orthopedics and total joints OR: 2 years (Required)
