- Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly
- Engage in ongoing communication with parents and guardians to share insights on their child's development and progress
- Incorporate literacy education, math activities, physical education, and childcare best practices into daily routines
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques
- Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or literacy activities
- Familiarity with special education needs, early intervention programs, and behavior management strategies
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students
- Certification or degree in early childhood education or a related field.
- Ability to create engaging learning experiences for toddlers through preschool-aged children across various subjects including math and literacy
