Schedule
6:30am to 2:00pm or 11:30am to 7pm
Full or part time
Pay Range
$14 to $16 hour
Qualifications
- Kitchen experience is a plus, but not a requirement
Responsibilities
- Job duties include, but are not limited to preparing items from prep lists, Plating meals, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen. They will assist with preparation and plating of meals.
- Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely meal preparation
- Support the dietitian and chef in meeting each guest's special dietary requirements
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or catering kitchen is preferred
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends
