Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling fitness equipment (gyms, racks, treadmills, etc.), managing warehouse stocking, conducting inventory runs, and receiving freight. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on precision, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components and machinery according to specifications and technical drawings.
- Perform warehouse stocking duties, ensuring inventory is organized and accessible.
- Conduct inventory runs to track stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.
- Receive freight shipments, inspect incoming materials for quality and accuracy, and properly store items.
- Assist with machine assembly tasks, ensuring all parts are correctly installed and functioning properly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve assembly processes.
Experience
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly or related manufacturing roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics is advantageous.
- Ability to read technical drawings or schematics is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Prior experience with receiving freight or handling inventory is beneficial.
