Now hiring! At Triebold Paleontology, Inc., we use advanced silicone molding techniques and liquid plastic resin to make cast duplicates of fossils. If you have walked through a dinosaur or fossil museum any time in the last 25 years, you have likely seen examples of our work.
This is an entry-level position for producing cast fossil skeletons. This is not a scientific job, but it does have a scientific component. Experience or a degree is not necessary because we will train you. If you enjoy hands-on work and solving puzzles, you will enjoy working here!
This job is available right away. We are looking for full time help to expand our team.
Requirements:
· Ability to do hands-on work.
· Able to lift 75 pounds off the floor.

· Follow basic instructions. Some of this gets complicated at times, so please be ready to learn from us.
· Be tidy and organized.
· Basic reading, comprehension, and math skills.
Nice to have, but not required (we will train you for this):
· Familiarity with power tools.
· Welding experience
· Skeletal anatomy knowledge (the stuff you learned in high school biology is a great start!) Ability to evaluate the quality of, and learn from, scientific literature
Starting at $17/hr or more based on experience for the first 90 days, raises follow.
