We currently have a rare opportunity for a motivated, well-rounded Finance Manager to join our busy team at Frontier Ford. The right candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of overseeing the successful operation of the entire dealership.
Finance Manager Responsibilities:
- Customer Guidance: Assist customers in understanding their financing and leasing options, providing clear explanations of terms, rates, and payment plans.
- Financial Analysis: Evaluate customers' credit applications, assess risk factors, and determine appropriate financing solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest financing programs, incentives, and promotions offered by the manufacturer, as well as other lending institutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all finance transactions comply with regulatory requirements and dealership policies, including proper documentation and disclosure procedures.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers, earning their trust and confidence through professionalism and integrity. Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales team members to facilitate a seamless transition from vehicle selection to financing.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed established performance goals related to finance penetration, product sales, and customer satisfaction.
Finance Manger Job Requirements:
- Experience Required 3-5 YEARS
- E-Contracting experience preferred
- The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed.
- Prior experience working with clients and providing an exceptional experience.
- Steady work history and the commitment to provide exceptional customer service.
- Basic computer, email and internet proficiency.
- Saturday and evening availability.
- Valid U.S. driver license.
- Maintains professional appearance
- Performs other duties as assigned
