We are a growing service network providing home warranty and residential HVAC service calls across the NYC/LI/NJ area.
We are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to handle diagnostics and repairs for a wide range of residential systems. This role is ideal for technicians looking for consistent work without the need to source their own customers.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Service equipment including: Boilers, Water heaters, Heat pumps, Split systems & Furnaces
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs
- Submit job notes, photos, and updates for each service call
Requirements
- 4+ years HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical & mechanical)
- Experience with boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, and split systems
- Own tools and reliable vehicle required
- Ability to complete multiple service calls per day
- Strong communication and professionalism
Compensation
- Paid per completed service call (percentage-based)
- $1,000 – $3,000+ per week depending on volume and experience
- Growing workflow with increasing job volume
Pay: $900.00 - $3,000.00 per week
Experience:
- HVAC: 2 years (Preferred)
