Hideout Coffee is reopening in Monrovia and we’re looking for a few great people to join our team.
We’re a small, fast-paced coffee window focused on quality drinks, good energy, and serving our community. If you enjoy coffee, working with people, and being part of a tight-knit team, we’d love to meet you.
Position: Barista / Team Member
Schedule: Part-time with opportunity for more hours
What you'll do
- Prepare espresso drinks, matcha, and specialty beverages
- Take customer orders and provide friendly service
- Help with drink prep, syrups, and cold foam batching
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work efficiently during busy morning rushes
What we're looking for
- Positive attitude and reliability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong communication
- Coffee experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
