Skills
- 3+ years in a kitchen management, culinary experience and/or operations experience.
- Proven supervisory experience managing kitchen teams in fast-paced settings.
- Expertise in banquet operations, food service management, and menu planning.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, dietary requirements, and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and promote teamwork.
- Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and kitchen operations software.
- Skilled in food preparation techniques across various cuisines with attention to detail in presentation.
