Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Conduct activities that promote social, physical, and cognitive development
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure individual learning needs are met
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's educational journey
- Implement behavior management techniques effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Experience:
- DCF 45hrs Required
-Previous experience in early childhood education or daycare settings is preferred
- Experience working with students who require early intervention or special education services is a plus
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Ability to incorporate physical education activities into daily lesson plans
- Proficiency in behavior management strategies
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Familiarity with integrating math concepts into preschool activities
