Responsibilities:
- Respond to service calls for towing and recovery of vehicles
- Safely load and unload vehicles onto tow flatbed
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
- Drive tow flatbed in a safe and responsible manner
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, mileage, and fuel usage
Experience:
- Previous experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic automotive repairs
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and equipment
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict management situations
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to load/unload vehicles and perform necessary tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
