Location: Monett, MO
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Penmac is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and customer service while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will ensure accurate order fulfillment, maintain warehouse organization, and provide timely, professional deliveries to our customers throughout Monett and the surrounding area.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify orders for 100% picking accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction
- Pack orders securely to withstand ground and freight shipping
- Enter shipping information accurately in designated shipping software
- Maintain detailed tracking and freight documentation for all shipments
- Pack, wrap, label, and prepare pallets for shipment
- Schedule and load freight shipments and hot-shot deliveries
- Assist customers at the front counter with order pickups and product inquiries
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems professionally
- Perform cycle counts and inventory verification
- Straighten and organize inventory shelves
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Sweep floors, empty trash, and break down cardboard boxes
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Delivery Driver Duties
- Deliver products to customer locations throughout Monett and surrounding areas
- Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
- Inspect, load, unload, and operate company delivery vehicles safely
- Lift and carry packages to customer delivery locations
- Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain a Class E driver's license
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work independently
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug testing, and criminal background check
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and carry 25-50 pounds
- Lift up to 75 pounds unassisted
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, twist, and climb ladders
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe shoes when required
