Are you an independently licensed mental health counselor, marriage and family therapist, social worker, or other mental health professional interested in developing your own full-time practice or working part-time with private clients on the side? We are ideally looking for providers who are open to a blended format, seeing clients both in-person and online (either/or is OK, but the online-only market is becoming saturated and many prospective clients are asking for in-person services, at least initially for the first couple visits).
As a part of Olympic Counseling Group, you can start adding insurance-pay clients to your calendar and may practice anywhere in the state of Washington (in-person and/or online). We do the insurance credentialing work and billing for you, so you can focus on what you do best! For those just starting or building a practice, we offer tips and suggestions to help you get going and are happy to help with case consultations. You get all the autonomy and freedom of a private practice without the headaches associated with insurance contracting and billing. In addition to offering unparalleled freedom to make day-to-day decisions, we pay you much more than traditional group practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's Degree
- An active independent (non-associate) license in WA State (i.e. LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, etc.)
- An active malpractice insurance policy
- A National Provider Identification number (NPI)
