An independent movie theater chain is seeking a motivated Part-Time Manager to oversee daily operations and lead staff. Hiring for both Westbrook, ME and Saco, ME locations.
Pay: Competitive hourly rate/salary based on experience
Responsibilities
- Oversee all theater operations and ensure excellent customer service
- Manage staff scheduling, hiring, training, and performance
- Monitor financials, including cash handling, inventory, and P&L
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations
- Supervise concessions, marketing displays, and theater events
- Handle maintenance issues and coordinate repairs
- Oversee daily reporting, audits, and incident management
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience
- Experience managing 10–15 employees
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency required
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred: Restaurant or hospitality management experience
