This position reviews security access and research frameworks to ensure customers receive accurate security permissions. This position provides technical support for bureau customers and serves as a liaison to assist in resolving issues. This position functions as an analyst performing a range of assignments in support to maintain high volumes of equipment and complex security roles and will work with other team members to serve a large customer base within the department. This position will design, develop, test, and implement automation tools to enhance customer service provided to internal customers.
