Market Liaison – Skilled Nursing & Post-Acute Care

Champion Care is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Market Liaison to support our skilled nursing and post-acute care centers throughout the Mobile, Alabama market. This role is responsible for building strong referral partnerships, supporting admissions growth, and increasing awareness of our services within the healthcare community.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in healthcare admissions, business development, sales, marketing, or case management who enjoys building relationships, connecting with referral sources, and helping patients access quality post-acute care.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, assisted living communities, and other referral partners
Drive census growth through strategic outreach, relationship development, and follow-up
Partner with facility leadership and admissions teams to support occupancy goals
Identify and cultivate new referral sources throughout the Mobile market
Represent Champion Care at healthcare networking events, community events, and industry meetings
Track referral activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Educate referral partners on the services and clinical capabilities offered by our skilled nursing facilities
Support smooth transitions of care between referral sources and our centers
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, sales, case management, or skilled nursing preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of skilled nursing, post-acute care, or healthcare operations preferred
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the market
