Marketing & Sales Representative (DME Division)
Indiana-Based | Privately Owned Pharmacy & Durable Medical Equipment Company with 12 locations.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing & Sales Representative to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth within our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) division. This role blends strategic marketing with hands-on sales support, focusing on expanding our presence throughout the Central Indiana markets.
The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder and strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and customers
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to support revenue growth initiatives
- Represent the company through in-person visits, presentations, and community engagement efforts
- Track analysis, and report on marketing and sales performance metrics
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
Required Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related role
- Proven ability to generate leads and drive sales growth
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience in healthcare or DME industry is a plus
Physical Demands
- Regularly seated at a desk in an office environment
- Frequent use of computers and standard office equipment
- Regular travel within the assigned territory, including operation of a motor vehicle
- Visual abilities include reading, distance vision, and peripheral vision
