For our sales team, this means selling a solution that goes beyond infrastructure — helping customers elevate the guest experience while driving measurable business results. You’ll work with hotel owners, operators, and brands to solve real challenges and deliver meaningful impact.
Enseo’s Enterprise Sales Representative is responsible for driving strategic growth within the luxury and independent hotel segment, expanding our presence among boutique properties, lifestyle hotels, and distinguished global brands. We’re seeking a polished, consultative sales professional with a passion for building lasting relationships in the luxury hospitality space. This position blends new business development with portfolio stewardship—you’ll proactively cultivate high-value prospects while elevating and deepening partnerships with an existing client base. Success in this role requires a refined approach to relationship management, a strong understanding of the luxury market, and the ability to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions that align with each client’s unique brand and guest experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet with customers (ownership groups, management groups, and properties) in the luxury and independent hotel segment to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them.

Prepare and present proposals and quotations based upon customer requirements.

Actively sell and close deals with customers.

Employ a consultative sales approach—deeply understanding each client’s brand standards, operational priorities, and guest experience goals before recommending solutions.

Conduct thorough pre-engagement research on prospective accounts—including property positioning, competitive set, technology stack, and key stakeholders—to deliver highly relevant, insight-driven outreach and presentations.

Maintain technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies and establishing personal networks.

Project expected sales volume via forecasting against current sales quotas for region to sales management.

Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts and partners.

Participate in sales training for new programs and products.

Work with cross functional groups inside Enseo to facilitate sales process and other internal processes.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

2+ years of sales experience (B2B or B2C depending on your business)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel travel to client sites, trade shows, and company meetings
