Above all, you are an organized, self-directed warehouse professional with strong SAP skills, a keen eye for inventory accuracy, and the ability to motivate teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We would also imagine that you have:

High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience in a computerized environment.

Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems, MS Word, and MS Excel.

Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled factory environment, sit or stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
It is a plus if you also have:

Experience with DOT regulations for hazardous materials transportation and handling.

Background in lean warehousing, continuous improvement, or cost reduction initiatives.

Experience testing and implementing new SAP functionalities.

The salary range for this position is $23 to $30 USD hourly. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Certain roles are eligible to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization.
