About the Role
We are looking for a Motivated Entry-Level Underwriter to join our growing team.
This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in finance and business analysis —we’re looking for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
You’ll be trained directly by senior team members and given the opportunity to grow into a high-level decision-making role.
Responsibilities
- Review and underwrite MCA submissions
- Make approval, counter, or decline decisions with clear notes and conditions
- Communicate decisions to sales reps, brokers, and management
- Work closely with funding, sales, and compliance teams to ensure smooth closings
- Maintain underwriting turn-times and accuracy standards
- Ensure underwriting aligns with company risk guidelines and compliance standards
- Conduct merchant interviews to verify business operations, revenue, ownership, and use of funds
Requirements
- Ability to analyze bank statements quickly and accurately
- Comfortable with high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
