Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Talent Development
- People First: Actively scout for talent within the restaurant and mentor team members for future management roles.
- Strategic Scheduling: Own the weekly team schedule (completed by Wednesday), balancing labor allocations with team requests and sales forecasts.
- Effective Communication: Prepare for and lead bi-weekly meetings to address staffing needs, performance goals, and team input.
Operational Excellence
- Floor Control: Maintain high levels of shift readiness and active "on-the-floor" management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Qualtrics Insights: Analyze weekly Qualtrics feedback and reports. Post results for the team and collaborate with Service Ambassadors to drive guest satisfaction.
- Financial Oversight: Review weekly sales forecasts with the GM and implement menu or pricing changes with 100% accuracy.
Marketing & Training
- Local Initiatives: Coordinate with our "WOW" committee to execute community events, managing everything from team setup to cleanup.
- Product Readiness: Manage quarterly POP (Point of Purchase) marketing materials and lead team training on new product presentation, storage, and standards.
Position Requirements
- Proven Leadership: A track record of developing others and identifying leadership potential.
- Operational Grit: Excellence in floor management and the ability to maintain standards during peak hours.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong attention to detail regarding schedules, labor costs, and digital reporting platforms (Qualtrics).
