As a Direct Support Professional, you'll help individuals with developmental disabilities live full, meaningful lives. You'll promote their health, safety, and well-being, and serve as their advocate every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and guide clients through their daily routines, as outlined in their Individual Program Plan

Assist clients with personal care and bathroom needs
-
Help clients change clothing or undergarments as needed
-
Prepare daily meals and assist with cleanup
-
Transport clients to and from their home or facility in company vehicles, as needed

Direct Support Professional Certificate, Year 1 & Year 2 (preferred, or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months of hire)

Current First Aid/CPR and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification

Minimum age of 21

Valid California Driver's License

Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements, including a background check

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
