Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our logistics team. We are looking for 1 full-time employee .The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage routes effectively.
Our company hauls landscape rock, gravel and different materials throughout the Boise area. Our company is family orientated and offers a variety of benefits.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles including Conveyor Trucks, Truck and Pup and Dump Trucks.
- Execute route driving by following designated paths to ensure timely deliveries.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during transport.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise on the road.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver preferred.
- Familiarity with route planning and navigation tools.
- Ability to operate various types of trucks including Conveyor Trucks, Truck and Pup and Dump Trucks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) as required during loading and unloading processes.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights or weekends if necessary.

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
