Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to The Timber Lodge standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with food prep, inventory, and kitchen organization
Qualifications:
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Ability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
