Role: You are invited to apply for our team at Old City Hall Restaurant and Bar! We are currently accepting applications to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests. You will act as an extension of the restaurant, while proactively being a team player who is attentive to all guests’ needs.
About Us: Old City Hall Restaurant and Bar will be the third restaurant from the Wiggins Hospitality Group which currently includes McAdoo’s Seafood Company and La Cosecha Mexican Table. Old City Hall Restaurant and Bar is an upscale, American restaurant in the recently renovated original city hall building in downtown New Braunfels.
Compensation Details: $15-$25/hourly
Job Summary: Ideal candidates will need to provide: an overall sense of genuine hospitality to our guests, friendly service, understanding of urgency, excellent communication skills, knowledge in our menu offerings, and will act polished and professional at all times.

Required Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of classic food and beverage service
- Detail oriented with a strong work ethic and communication skills
- Team oriented with ability to partner with and assist others to achieve common goals
- Able to navigate a fast-paced environment in a positive, respectful, professional manner
- Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently under pressure
- Use basic computer POS software
- Be able to move or lift objects up to 25 pounds at a time
- Flexibility to work hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Certified for food and alcohol service as is required by state and local authorities
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads when necessary
