Community Motors Chevrolet and Cadillac Collision Center is a long time family owned new car dealership in Cedar Falls/ Waterloo area and we are seeking an experienced Body Shop Manager. Candidate must be capable of managing and motivating a staff of technicians while maintaining a very high level of customer service satisfaction.
Essential Duties:
- Employee management
- Maintain employee performance and work quality through training, counseling, planning, monitoring, and appraising employees
- Create collision estimates and deal directly with customer and insurance companies
- Develop and maintain the most efficient processes available.
- Follow all employment, safety, and environmental regulations
Minimum Requirements:
- Body Shop management experience and ability to learn at fast pace.
- Knowledge of insurance company direct repair procedures
- Innovative thought and sight towards future.
- Maintain high levels of customer service
