In-House Sales Representative
CHIPS is looking for the right person to join our team as an In-House Sales Representative.
The main responsibility of this position is to bring in new business, build strong customer relationships, following up with leads and quotes, and helping turn opportunities into completed orders.
At CHIPS, we believe business is all abouut relationships....this person needs to believe this at the core.
This is a sales-focused position, but CHIPS is also a team company. Sales is the main job responsibility, but everyone helps as a group when and where needed. That may include helping with customer communication, order processing, vendor orders, receiving, production support, social media, advertising, or other tasks that help the team and the customer.
Quality traits: organized, detail-minded, and able to follow a clear process. Skilled at keeping track of leads, quotes, customer conversations, order details, follow-ups, deadlines, and next steps. We need someone will not let things fall through the cracks.
Self motivation is rewarded...This position does not include ownership in the company, but the right person will be treated like someone whose effort matters, whose ideas are valued, and whose financial success can grow as the company grows. Main Responsibilities
- Bring in new business for CHIPS
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships (consistent return clients).
- Follow up with leads, quotes, and past customers
- Contact local businesses, schools, teams, churches, organizations, and individuals
- Help customers understand CHIPS products and services
- Keep accurate notes and track all customer follow-ups
- Follow a system for quotes, calls, orders, and next steps
- Make sure customer details, order information, and deadlines are handled correctly
- Work with the team to turn customer needs into completed orders
- Help in other areas when and where needed

Compensation:
Pay will be discussed based on experience and fit. This position may include sales incentives or growth-based pay opportunities for the right person.

Primary responsibility will be to work with walk-in clients as well as those who call. Also you will be reaching out and keeping communication going with those clients we have worked with in the past but may not have ordered recently.
