I’m looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented, and efficient co-host to help manage a growing Turo fleet in Reno.
This is a hands-on operations role, not a passive job. You will be responsible for keeping vehicles clean, on time, and guest-ready with strict turnaround standards.

Performance Expectations (Read Before Applying)
- Most vehicle turnarounds should be completed in 45–60 minutes
- Photos and documentation must be uploaded immediately after each job
- Communication must be timely and proactive
- This role requires urgency, consistency, and attention to detail
If you tend to work slowly, need constant direction, or struggle with follow-through—this is not the right fit.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete vehicle cleanings and turnarounds
- Transport vehicles between storage, car wash, and airport
- Handle airport drop-offs and pickups (RNO)
- Take detailed check-in/check-out photos (fuel, mileage, condition, all rows)
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and guest-ready at all times
- Follow a clear step-by-step process (provided)
- Light guest messaging through Turo (templates provided)
- Assist with basic maintenance errands when needed
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Comfortable driving multiple vehicle types (sedans, SUVs)
- Strong communication and responsiveness
- Ability to work independently without being micromanaged
- Must be efficient, organized, and dependable
- Comfortable using phone for photos, apps, and communication

- Has experience with Turo, Uber, delivery, or similar fast-paced work
- Understands time = money and works with urgency
- Takes pride in doing things right the first time
- Wants consistent work and potential for more hours as the fleet grows
Growth Opportunity
This role starts part-time but can grow into a larger position as the fleet expands for the right person.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
