Position Summary
We are seeking caring, dependable, and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide non-medical support and personal care services to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate is committed to enhancing the quality of life for others while promoting dignity, independence, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Support clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Remind clients to take medications as directed
- Monitor and report changes in a client's condition to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and care plans
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving, home care, or senior care experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance preferred
- Ability to pass background checks and meet company hiring requirements
