RELUXE Med Spa is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant injector to join our growing team, working primarily at our Westfield location. Experienced physician injectors interested in the role are welcome to reach out as well.
We're looking for a clinically strong, relationship-driven provider who is confident with aesthetic injectables, has a refined aesthetic eye, and believes the best results look natural, thoughtful, and personal.

Compensation
We've built a compensation structure designed to reward strong providers and support you as you grow:
- W2 employment
- Competitive base salary
- Commission on services
- Additional commission on skincare and retail
- A guaranteed base during your ramp-up period, so you're supported while you build
Final compensation is based on experience and production.

What You'll Do
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators with skill, precision, and sound clinical judgment
- Opportunity to perform treatments with energy devices including Morpheus8, Skinpen, & CO2 treatments
- Conduct thorough consultations and develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals, anatomy, and medical history
- Educate patients on options, realistic outcomes, risks, aftercare, and long-term planning
- Create natural, balanced results consistent with RELUXE's philosophy
- Build trust-based relationships that support retention, rebooking, and referrals
- Complete clear, timely clinical documentation per RELUXE protocols and applicable standards
- Collaborate with injectors, aestheticians, leadership, and support staff to deliver a consistent, elevated patient experience
- Continue developing through training, feedback, and case review
Who We're Looking For
- An active, unrestricted Indiana NP or PA license (MD/DO welcome to inquire)
- Hands-on experience performing aesthetic injectable treatments
- Confidence with neurotoxins, facial assessment, dosing, and treatment planning; dermal filler experience strongly preferred
- A strong understanding of facial anatomy and injectable safety
- Excellent consultation, communication, and patient-education skills
- A warm, polished, professional presence
- A commitment to ethical, medically appropriate treatment and a natural-results philosophy over an overfilled or trend-driven one
- The ability to receive feedback, collaborate, and keep improving
- A genuine interest in building a loyal patient base and growing with RELUXE long-term
Existing patient relationships or a professional social-media presence are welcomed, but they don't replace clinical ability, professionalism, and the desire to build lasting relationships.
