Under the direction and supervision of the Member Service Manager, this role serves as the primary contact for our members and is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Day to day management of all member communication channels.
- Identify, research and resolve all member account issues.
- Responsible for guiding complaint resolution to ensure that proper and satisfactory closings are met.
- Reports any and all issues affecting customer satisfaction to management.
Qualifications
- To perform the essential duties of this job satisfactorily, an individual must be organized, self-motivated and committed to helping members within our team structure.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and/or handle shifting priorities in a professional and timely manner.
- Requires excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with Freshworks Products preferred.
