- 2 years Experience with OpenTable in Restaurants Required (Reservation Program)
-Experience hosting in high volume or fine dining preferred
- Be able to communicate well under pressure
- Be able to organize reservations and consider guest requests
- Follow set reservation booking guidelines
- Maintain general cleanliness – Windex / Monitor Restrooms / Menus
- Provide professional welcoming experience for all guests
- Learn the Menu and Options for takeout food
- Learn basic restaurant information (restaurant hours, bar hours, Holidays hours etc.)
- Complete Daily Opening and Closing Checklists
