We are looking for experienced compassionate CHHA to provide care. Help take a patient home and away from a nursing facility!!! BE part of a nursing team providing private duty care in Home Health.
Duties
CHHA Home Health Aide
- Perform patient care per the plan of care.
- Provide support with Activities of Daily Living - bathing, hygiene, preparation and feeding of meals, dressing, ambulation and other activities as needed.
- Performs duties as assigned in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with all applicable laws.
Requirements
- Passion for one-on-one patient care in the home setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current unrestricted CHHA certification in CA
- Current CNA & HHA Certification in CA
- Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI background clearance
- Able to pass a work physical and TB test
- Ability to pass a comprehensive drug screen
- BLS Certificate
