Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years retail store experience and experience creating unique and inviting displays. Must be willing to work weekends, show up on time and be dependable. Driver's license and dependable transportation are required. Excellent customer service and phone skills required. Duties will include answering the phone, customer service, assisting customers and checking them out in the store, restocking and setting up store displays, organizing and maintaining a clean shop. Plant and cut flower knowledge are a bonus but not required. THIS IS NOT A FLORAL DESIGN JOB. Seeking a multifaced, creative individual with a good eye for retail merchandising and a positive attitude.
