Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Cook to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education principles and the ability to engage with children.
Responsibilities
- Preparing meals for the children.
- Making sure kitchen is clean at all time
- Doing a end of month inventory
- Preparing grocery order every week
Experience
- Previous experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with dietary department operations is a plus, including menu planning and food preparation for young children.
- Experience in food service or culinary roles can be beneficial, particularly in understanding food safety practices relevant to children's meals.
- Skills in meal preparation, cooking, and serving are advantageous for roles that may involve providing snacks or meals for students.
- Knowledge of food handling best practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
