Job Title: Lead Technician

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman with bathroom remodeling experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of home renovations and installations, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality and safety AND must be open to travel for training .
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general home renovations, fiberglass showers and bathroom fixtures a must (e.g., grab bars, railings, fixtures, basic carpentry, drywall repair, minor plumbing, etc.)
- Complete safety modifications to improve accessibility and prevent falls
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Train fellow team mates on Senior Proof Standards
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring residents and families feel comfortable and informed
- Follow company and project standards to ensure consistent quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman, residential construction worker or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of basic renovations, tools, and safety practices
- Must have own set of tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with hand and power tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass a Level 2 background check prior to employment
- Professional, courteous, and trustworthy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with seniors or in healthcare-related environments a plus
- Knowledge of ADA and accessibility modifications
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time, PTO , Holidays Paid Time Off
- Competitive pay based on experience
