How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Controls Technician I, you’ll support the installation of conveyor control systems that power our customers’ operations. You’ll learn from experienced leaders, work hands-on in the field, and play an important role in delivering reliable, high-quality automation solutions—all while building skills that set you up for long-term growth.
What You’ll Do
Support lead installers with the installation, testing, and maintenance of conveyor control systems
Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment for safe, efficient installs
Assist with inspections and troubleshooting while following all safety standards and guidelines
Document work completed and system updates while maintaining a clean, organized work area
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma and a valid driver’s license
Basic understanding of electrical principles and comfort using hand and electrical tools
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Willingness to work flexible hours when projects require it
Work Schedule
During times of significant workload and/or project go-lives, an employee could be expected to work shifts lasting up to 12hrs and/or work weeks greater than 60hrs.
Employee will be expected, at times, to work off-shift hours and weekends, compensated by overtime.
Travel: Up to 50%, based on project needs
