Job description:
Mujica's Railing & Fence is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and a proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively.
- Prepare project reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Lead project meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of construction project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software experience with Procore, or Fieldwire a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
