Join Our Team as a Custodian — Make a Visible Impact on a Welcoming Community!
First Presbyterian Church is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Custodian to help keep our campus clean, safe, and inviting. This part-time role covers 3 days per week with occasional weekend shifts as needed. You’ll work closely with our Office Manager and Committee Moderators to be a key part of creating a space that feels like home to our members and guests.

Keep our spaces sparkling with routine cleaning: sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Maintain restrooms and ensure supplies are fully stocked throughout the facility
- Clean and refresh the Sanctuary and Chapel
- Collect and dispose of trash from designated areas to keep our campus tidy
- Assist with event setup and breakdown — including tables, chairs, and other items
- Support general maintenance tasks to help keep our campus functional and welcoming
- Help maintain the Preschool’s cleanliness during the school year — a space full of little feet and big energy!
- Take on additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager
What You’ll Need
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds
- Comfortable climbing ladders and stairs
- Willingness to work outdoors briefly in varying weather conditions

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
