Position Summary
Trackside Solutions is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Shop Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of shop-related tasks, including inspections, assembly, repackaging, part repair, cleaning, paint touch-ups, and other production support activities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Essential Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Inspect, repair, and assemble component parts using a variety of hand tools.
- Perform assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Accurately capture and document data using Microsoft Office applications.
- Safely operate shop equipment after completing required training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Manage multiple tasks while meeting established deadlines.
- Perform all duties safely, efficiently, and with attention to quality.
- Travel locally to customer locations as needed.

Qualifications
Successful candidates should possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
- One to two years of related experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly environment is preferred.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, procedures, and company communications.
- Ability to write basic correspondence and communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
Computer Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is preferred.
Job Details
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
