As an Account Executive at Lotus United, you'll play a vital role in driving revenue growth and building lasting client partnerships within the retail sector. This role combines strategic account management with dynamic business development to deliver innovative merchandising solutions to our clients.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of B2B sales experience selling retail fixtures, store displays, point-of-purchase solutions to retail brands

Experience managing projects from concept through production and installation

Familiarity with materials, fabrication methods, and vendor manufacturing processes

Understanding of RFP/RFQ processes within retail fixture procurement

Experience selling into visual merchandising, store planning, or store development teams at the brand level

Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets

Proficiency in reading and interpreting store planning schematics
-
Strong understanding of retail industry trends and challenges

Excellence in relationship building and consultative selling

Advanced presentation and negotiation skills

Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts

Monitor account health and address concerns proactively
3. Sales Process Management

Execute consultative sales approach aligned with company methodology

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity records in CRM

Meet or exceed established sales targets and KPIs
