The Dental Boutique is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to become part of our growing team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a calm, modern, and friendly environment.
Schedule:
Monday- Thursday:
9 am- 5:00 pm
Fridays:
8 am- 1 pm
Pay: $23–$25/hour (based on experience)
Software: Dentrix Ascend
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures including dental implants, grafting, full mouth reconstruction
- Taking and processing digital X-rays
- Making and adjusting temporary crowns, veneers and bridges
- Learning and operating a digital impression scanner
- Preparing and organizing treatment rooms before and after procedures
- Sterilizing and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
- Recording patient information and treatment notes in Dentrix Ascend
- Taking dental impressions and pouring models
- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Maintaining adequate supply inventory and ordering when needed
- Ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
- Providing excellent chairside manner and patient comfort throughout procedures
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 3 year of dental assisting experience
✅ Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
✅ Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend software (or willingness to learn)
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
✅ Friendly, professional, and reliable demeanor
