BrightStar Care of Pensacola is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to provide 1:1 in-home therapy services to patients in Pensacola and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do
- Provide personalized 1:1 in-home physical therapy services
- Evaluate patients’ mobility, strength, and functional abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
- Assist patients with mobility training, strengthening, and rehabilitation exercises
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document care accurately and communicate with the care team

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
